Don't go for muscles.
Muscles are something which can make you look stronger but if you want to be stronger then you must do strength training.
I do agree that lifting heavy stuffs will make you strong but if you want your internal strength then you must do strength training with your lifting sessions.
Now the question is what is strength?
* gyz you can make your muscles big by lifting weights and by taking good protein powders.
But if you want to make your joints,ligaments stronger then these lifting and swallowing protien shakes will not going to help.
* making big muscles is other thing and it will take some months
But gaining strength and improving your inner strength will take long time.
*you can see your muscles improvement
But you can't see your strength improvement. You can feel your strength.
Note :
* people want results which they can see easily like by measuring their biceps.
* don't go for only muscles simultaneously go for strength also.
* Keep one thing in mind
Muscles will shrink and reduce but strength will always there for long time.

GO FOR BETTER WAY
DON'T SHOW OFF YOUR MUSCLES
FEEL YOUR STRENGTH
DO'S
1.EAT
2.EXERCISE
3.SLEEP
REPEAT.
