Loosing weight is not a miracle you can loose pounds weight by just keeping some simple facts in mind.
1.try to minimize your calories intake
And how will you do this?
A. Try to eat whole fruit rather than rely on juice.
B. Try to minimize carbohydrates
Ex- wheat flour, rice,bread etc
C. Run from sugary items
Ex- yes your favourites chocholate bars,sugar syrup candy,sweets,donuts etc
D. Try to lower your sodium intake
Ex- lowering your table salt,rock salt etc. Try to use lemon in order to get rid of it.
E. Fats - some people says fats are good also but if you are fat my Friend then it is not for you because you can't afford more. But if you cant leave without it or your body wants thenTake 4 almonds,and use extra virgin olive oil because these are healthy ones.
2. Exercise
A. Running
B. Swimming
C. Gym
Etc
Its enough.
Note :
* try to count your calories and try to keep it below 2200 cal if you 6 feet and keep lessing 100 cal per inch of your height and vise versa.
* try your old clothes to watch your transformation.
