Yes, off course.
Because if you want to make good body then you must be take rest after your exercise session in order to give your wear and tear sufficient time to fix.
  If you are willing to make good and healthy body then you must keep in your mind that injury can hit you any time in this field so you must try to prevent it because it's easier to prevent injuries than to heal it.
Never unnoticed any pain, if you feel pain then leave that exercise or change that exercise's technique.
Always be attentive whenever you feel pain in your joints after work out.
Common joints:
*neck(minor).
*shoulder(chances increases if your shoulder's shape is like popped out)
Elbow(it's common pain if you work hard
For your triceps especially skull crushers and dumbbell extension)
*wrist(most of the boys oftenly complaining about wrist pain while barbell curl etc. It can be minimize by wrist support)
Knee(this the common pain if you are leg workout lover , you can minimize it by doing leg exercise with right technique and by don't giving pressure on your knees while lifting weights).

Don't go for muscles.
Muscles are something which can make you look stronger but if you want to be stronger then you must do strength training.
I do agree that lifting heavy stuffs will make you strong but if you want your internal strength then you must do strength training with your lifting sessions.
Now the question is what is strength?
* gyz you can make your muscles big by lifting weights and by taking good protein powders.
   But if you want to make your joints,ligaments stronger then these lifting and swallowing protien shakes will not going to help.
* making big muscles is other thing and it will take some months
  But gaining strength and improving your inner strength will take long time.
*you can see your muscles improvement
    But you can't see your strength improvement. You can feel your strength.
Note :
  * people want results which they can see easily like by measuring their biceps.
  * don't go for only muscles simultaneously go for strength also.
  * Keep one thing in mind
Muscles will shrink and reduce but strength will always there for long time.

How can i say this?
I am telling this fact because if you will try to figure out this whole scenario then there is only two points.
1. WHY THE RALLY WAS GOING ON?
(means they were knew that those bombs locations and whether that bombing will hurt them or not)

Because --
                    1.No body has dare to keep lecturing while bombs are blasting all over the entire area.
                    2.No body is having the third eye like god who can know what will happen.

2.WHY WERE THEY TAKE AUDIENCE'S LIFE IN DANGER BY KEEP LECTURING WHILE THE BOMB WERE BLASTING?

MEANS --
                    That means they don't think any value of the poor and devoted audience who were present there.
Who gave them right to risk others life.

And how will you do this?
A. Try to eat whole fruit rather than rely on juice.
B. Try to minimize carbohydrates
     Ex- wheat flour, rice,bread etc
C. Run from sugary items
     Ex- yes your favourites chocholate bars,sugar syrup candy,sweets,donuts etc
D. Try to lower your sodium intake

Hii friends if you want to go subzibagh from patna railway station then just come outside from station via platform no.1. After yout exit from the gate just cross the circle over there and take a auto for gandhi maidan.
Keep in mind there is lots of auto route from there so first check which auto will go gandhi maidan otherwise you will go somewhere else.
After reaching gandhi maidan auto stand just take an auto for subzibagh and you will be there in 2 minutes or you can choose rickshaw for subzibagh if you are rickshaw lover.

Bullet train is no doubt is a great source of transportation but my question is "are we indians ready for it". According to me in every country where bullet trains are active as a medium of transport are having more percentage of citizens who can really easily afford it on a daily basis or regular basis for transport, but over here in india we are still trapped in the situation where more than 50% of people are trying to fight with the daily expenditures. We are not ready for bullet trains because we are living in that country where inspite of having cheapest railways in the world lots of people are everyday travel without tickets to save some money and we are talk about bullet train. I know there are some people who can easily afford and will enjoy this service in taking selfie but they can mannage between rajdhani train and aeroplane. In india there are very few people who travelling in aeroplane as a medium of transport, i mean most of them are using flights by the provided tickets from their companies for going gulf or other countries because there are no more options left but they cant afford with flights when they are in india for their private work.
   For coming in the list of that countries which are having bullet trains first we will have to make our people like the people who are traveling in bullet trains. So government must try to fix the basics.
  If bullet trains are a fast medium of transport than we are already have aeroplanes which are faster than bullet teains.
Please stop create chaos in india regarding to bullet train. Try to give facilities to our transport like hygiene, availability of seats for passengers and better time tables. In giving cheapest railways we are in the top of the world but we are also comes in the unhygienic , delayed time, seat problems list.
So we have to first try to find some remedies for this because inspite of not giving qualities government is lagging in making profits with indian railways.

  *give us facilities in railways like hygiene, seat availability, not delayed trains, etc.
  *being cheapest is an example but there are lots more criterias to counter as mentioned above.

Indian is a country where we all know that democracy is present, but due to some political parties it is always being questioned by people.
    Nowadays beef banned is an heated issue in our society in india. Every one has their different aspects on this issue. Some are saying this is a correct decision by government but in other side there are also a big group of people who condemned it in a harsh manner mostly who used to eat beef.
In my opinion it is a decision which is a disgrace on our society because the reason behined this banned is joined with the believes of the people who don't eat it. If we this is the reason then there must be also banned on beef export from india. Infact it increases approx 15 % as comapare to initial export rate.

Note:
  It seems that only when indians eats the beef then only it hurts the feeling of the people who are in favour of this.
  Means there is not any harsh feeling when people eats indian beef in abroad but when indian eats beef here then there is an issue of belief.
All an all it is an disgrace on society.
